Mariola was very patient and understanding of personalities and emotions prevalent to the situation. She spoke calmly and exhibited discretion and empathy at needed times while being very confident in her responses and actions. She weathered some tumultuous meetings and discussions with confidence and professionalism, always steering and managing the discussions to the issues at hand without being overbearing or impatient. She exhibited strong leadership and did not falter in her advice. Mariola had to deal with multiple personalities and expectations. While feelings were not demonstrated towards her she certainly at times felt the brunt of some difficult and uncomfortable situations. She demonstrated respect for these situations and acted and spoke appropriately drawing on past experiences to know what to say and how to act. She was not scared away or intimidated by some uncomfortable situations that came up during the course of the sale and always offered solid advice and did not waiver under some uncomfortable pressure but continued to act professionally and keep on task. Even after the sale and the closing Mariola has reached out to see how we are all doing which I believe to be a genuine interest in the well being of all involved following the sale of our family home. Mariola genuinely felt empathy and understanding and continues to demonstrate her interest in how everyone is doing.
